Patrons Pay package
Hosting a private event but want your attendees to purchase their own treats?
Our Patron Pays Package covers us coming out to your event location, setting up and serving for 1 hour. Additional serving time may be added.
With our Patron Pays option, you cover the cost of our set up, service and labor fee and your attendees will purchase directly from us. This is a popular option for HOA events, school bashes, church outings, etc.

Overages:
Once the minimum allowance of product has been reached, You may request one of the following:
1. Stop service after the balance has been reached.
2. Continue service until a pre-set spending cap is reached.
3. Keep serving until the conclusion of the event.
Should you select option 2 or 3, We will invoice you the final overage amount on the next business day following your event. We ask that this is paid upon receipt of the invoice.
Travel Cost:
We will travel up to 60 miles round trip from 113 Gates School Rd. Gates, NC 27937. Any Mileage logged over and above that will be charged $2 per mile.
Deposits, Holding Your Date, & Payments:
Events booking more than 1 month in advance require payments of $100 of your total balance to serve as a deposit at the time of booking to hold your date. Events booked must have their balance paid in full by 2 weeks prior to event date. Events booked less than 2 weeks in advance will need to pay their balance within 72 hours of booking.
Service Charge:
A 10% service charge is automatically added to every booking to serve as gratuity for the team members who work your event. Should you wish to add an additional amount to the gratuity, You can do so when you pay your balance. 100% of this goes directly to the team members working the event.
Cancellations:
Should you cancel your event more than 1 week prior to the event date,We will refund your deposit and any money you've paid toward your balance. Should you cancel within the 1 week window, we will refund any money you've paid toward your balance, but will keep your deposit.
Weather:
Booking will not be affected by weather. If your event is cancelled due to weather less than 1 week prior to your event, your deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a future booking.
Booking Confirmation:
Your booking is not confirmed until electronic communication had been received and reciprocated by our staff, and vice versa. Guarantee of booking is given after you have signed our electronic contract and completed all necessary steps to booking.
